My fee is $185 per 50 minute session.  

 

Forms of payment accepted - cash, check, major credit/debit card.  

 

I provide a superbill (itemized list of services) monthly that clients may choose to submit to their insurance provider to receive reimbursement. 

 

I recommend that you inquire with your insurance provider before your first session to determine your benefits about the following:

• Does your plan include mental health benefits?

• Are there out-of-network benefits, and if so what are they?

• Is there a limit to how many sessions per calendar year you have?

• Do you have a deductible?  If so, what is it?  

• Does your insurance require written approval from your primary care provider in order to cover your therapy sessions?

• Does your insurance cover telehealth?

Cancellation Policy - Please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for your scheduled session.
