An extra reminder here that I only can accept the following insurances: Moda, United Health Care UHC/UBH, Providence, Aetna, First Choice Health, Trillium Community Health CCO of OHP, Columbia Pacific CCO of OHP, and Care Oregon CCO of OHP. I am not able to bill any other CCOs of OHP. Please confirm your insurance coverage before reaching out and indicate which insurance you will be using if any in your inquiry.
